A fast, and furious challenge that is guaranteed to bring out the creativity, mental resourcefulness and competitive spirit in your delegates.

Objectives - To make as much 'money' for your team as possible by completing a wide selection of challenges.

The Task Challenges - Team captains are appointed at the initial briefing and it is their responsibility to organise their teams and decide on their strategy.

The aim is for each team to earn as much "Motivational Money" as possible within the allowed time. Each team has an identical list of Money Making Challenges which will include a variety of challenges such as design challenges, singing tasks, team skill tests, mental agility puzzles, jigsaw conundrums, dance routines etc.


Approximately 100 challenges will be on the Money-Making list and teams have complete freedom in choosing the challenges they would like to attempt. Each team has its own professional adjudicator and all Money-Making Challenges have to be viewed and approved by the adjudicator before the teams are paid the relative money for that challenge.

Money-Making Challenges can be personalised to your company and specific event objectives if required.

Additional Tasks - As in real life, there will be various tempting chances for teams to boost their bank balances. For example: A Casino, Stock Market and a Dog Track.

As the game progresses, team activities get increasingly frantic as competitors start making rash decisions and will try anything to upstage their opponents and accumulate more money than their competitors.

Location - There are really no limits to this challenge, which can take place in the main conference room, foyer, or indeed weather permitting, outdoors.

Conclusion - During the early stages of the challenge, it will become clear to the team captains that they will be far more productive if they subdivide their team and tackle the challenges in smaller groups. As the challenges proceed, participants will become far less inhibited and do almost anything to earn those elusive rewards, causing immense humour with participants searching out a creative selection of props so as to upstage their competitors ! In short, you will be presented with a wealth of photo opportunities, memorable experiences and a lot to talk about over dinner !

Team Performances - When the Money making time is over teams gather together to hear the results of their efforts. The team that has made the most money will get first choice of a presentation topic and so on, so the team with the least money gets a very limited choice ! The performance topics can be anything you like - personalised company presentations, the Full Monty and film based subjects, dance routines, impersonations, pantomimes, game show spoofs etc.

All teams will then have a rehearsal period during which they can make props, costumes and prepare their performance.

The compere will announce all the performances in random order to be performed in front of the rest of the group. This is always a comical highlight, with in-jokes flying around the room and a few hidden talents being uncovered !

A panel of adjudicators will also judge performances and then final scores will be accumulated to determine the overall winning team(s).

Prizes - The prizes awarded can be themed to your group and can be as serious or ridiculous as you would like !
